Product Description
The Robot Grease Sampling Kit contains six (6) robot sampling sleeves that each contain: 1 syringe, 1 Grease Thief Type 1 without purge hole, and one shipping tube with label. Each kit can be used to completely sample all joints on a single robot, or to sample selected joints on several robots. The samples taken with this kit can be submitted to any laboratory equipped to analyze grease samples per ASTM D7918, or can be analyzed at the robot site visually or using the Grease Thief Mini-Lab.
Samples returned to MRG Labs can be uploaded in real time utilizing MRG NAVIGATOR , and companies will be able to view their analysis results as the sample progresses through the lab.

If you have ever had to replace the grease in your Fanuc robot, you know that it is a time consuming and expensive operation. The grease is expensive and depending on the model robot, it requires a fair amount of grease to complete the job. We have used the product to determine the quality of the grease in a Fanuc robot and have found it to be easy to use and an effective way to collect and analyze the grease. The grease thief grease sampling kit is an inexpensive and effective way to monitor the quality and condition of the grease in your robot without having to replace it. If after testing the grease does need to be replaced it can be done with the knowledge that it really is necessary.
