Root-Cause Failure Analysis Kit

Use Root-Cause Failure Analysis to investigate the root-cause of a malfunction or failure of a piece of equipment. Evidence from the grease/oil of the machine is carefully and thoroughly examined to find the cause. The analysis will provide a timeline highlighting key events during a failure and will provide useful information for preventing future incidents, saving you time and money. The RCFA kit will help make beneficial changes to PM schedules, maintenance practices and the overall awareness of processes.
